Working with you, Hin will craft a menu around you, your guests and the occasion, one that makes your mouth water and showcases the best the local area and the season has to offer.
Hin has 15 years experience working extensively in Asian cuisine and in some of the best kitchens the West Country has to offer. Whether a generous Chinese family style feast designed for sharing, or a sophisticated multicourse dinner that brings together elevated Asian-European flavours, Hin will work with you to create a menu that excites the senses and leaves a lasting impression on your guests.
Working with trusted local suppliers for the finest cuts, fresh off the boat fish and quality vegetables for the dishes, Hin also often builds menus that include elements directly from nature such as the seasonal edible flowers blooming in his garden, juicy berries found in local hedgerows or lush green garlic leaves plucked from woodland.
What to Expect
Arriving a couple of hours before your guests, Hin takes care of every detail behind the scenes, from start to finish. Preparing a beautifully considered multi-course menu tailored to your event and attentive service paced to let the evening unfold naturally, followed by an efficient clean-down of the kitchen before he leaves.
Hin can also work with knowledgeable local suppliers to provide wine pairing recommendations perfect for your event.
